Rally Requirements
Pets at Rallies & Events
Provided pets are allowed by the venue provider then we welcome members traveling with their pets to attend our events.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow members to bring their pets to any social gathering at Group events. This includes ‘happy hour’ and any area where food is served, including outdoor areas. Our members are from an older demographic and may not notice or easily avoid someone’s pet or could be tripped by a pets restraint. We do acknowledge that most members pets are trained, however to avoid any issues this will apply to all pets.
Assistance or Service Animals
These are professionally trained animals and are NOT classed as pets, and as such they are allowed to enjoy the same privileges as their owners under the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
