We are not an Incorporated Association but a group of like minded friends. Accepting the policies gives our hard working Coordinators and volunteers some comfort that their efforts are appreciated. Please complete the form below for yourself and any partner/friend who may accompany you. You only need to do it once! Contact us if you are unable to complete the form BEFORE you head off to the rally and we can work out another way for you to comply

Both yourself and any partner/friend who attends the Group events with you must also sign this form.

Newer Members (After 13th November 2022)

If you joined after 13th November 2022 then you have already accepted the policies and do NOT need to complete this form. However your partner may be required to do so. So we suggest you just ask them to fill it out to save any further requirements.
