While expressing your interest to register for Ulysses Members RV Group rallies, you hereby acknowledge and respect the health and well-being of all attendees. a) You register at your own risk, understanding that our Ulysses Members RV Group is not an incorporated entity thus is not insured. b) Pet animals are not permitted at designated rally assembly areas, ie; Happy Hours, Dinners, Meetings, Games, Concerts, and other group gatherings. c) Note that (b) above does NOT apply to Registered Assistance or Service Dogs, who are not pets, but professionally trained Dogs under the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992”

Why Sign Now?

You can sign a form on arrival at any event but to reduce the paperwork and uncertainty we have developed a simple on line form for acceptance you can fill out and our Coordinators will be able to verify your acceptance if required quickly and simply.

Both yourself and any partner/friend who attends the Group events with you must also sign this form.

Newer Members (After 13th November 2022)

If you joined after 13th November 2022 then you have already accepted the policies and do NOT need to complete this form. However your partner may be required to do so. So we suggest you just ask them to fill it out to save any further requirements.
