You must book your site at the caravan park for this National Rally directly with the Park. Registrations will open later where you can register and book activities
Please mention you are with the Ulysses RV Group when booking so they can put us together in our designated area and you will get the group discount.

Monday 14th October
Arrival today and settle in
1pm Welcome packs can be collected from the area near the camp kitchen This will be done by states
3pm Gordon will set up for collection of pre purchased shirts and jackets
4pm Happy Hour & Welcome in the park area near camp kitchen. BYO Chairs
Tuesday 15th October
8.30am FREE – Push bike ride with Steve and Margie Rae for those interested Capped at 20 bikes. This will be a social ride and will have a coffee stop along the way
10am Residents from nursing home to come along to visit us and collect rugs. This will only be possible if no Covid restrictions are in place within the home. We will not be informed until a week before they are due to come. We will supply a morning tea for them
1.30pm Tennis in the Park for those interested. BYO Tennis Racquets & Balls. $10 per hour for hard courts. $15 per hour for grass courts. Share with a friend or a few friends. Plenty of courts available
4pm Happy hour on the grass area near camp kitchen. BYO chairs
Raffle prizes to be collected and raffle tickets to be Sold (3 for $5) 2 x Major Prizes plus more to be won
7pm Camp kitchen available for cards or games night
Wednesday 16th October
9.30am Bare Foot Bowls – $20 per person This includes a light lunch, dessert, tea and coffee Bar will be open for those wishing to purchase a drink
We need to be in teams of 4 so we will take names on the Monday evening at Happy Hour for those going. Neat attire, soft soled shoes or bare feet
1-2pm Golf Clinic at the Yarrawonga Golf Club – Suitable for beginners $15 per head. Club Supplied. Capped at 60 people Come along and have a few lessons with a pro to see if you like Golf Neat attire, soft soled shoes
4pm Happy Hour on the grass near camp kitchen
7.30pm Movie night at Yarrawonga Golf Club $15 per ticket, capped at 60 people for private screening Movie will not be known until our numbers are in
Thursday 17th October
10-12pm Ladies craft morning in the camp kitchen
2 x crafts will be offered
Lillian will be holding a class for earring and capped at 12 people and must be pre-booked
Cost $15 Paid directly to Lillian on the day
Janice will be doing a macramé project and capped at 12 people and must be pre-booked
Cost $15 Paid directly to Janice on the day
Or you can just bring your own craft and have a chat and cuppa.
It would be lovely if we could have some plates of morning tea donated.

10-12pm FREE – Men’s Activity held at The Masonic Lodge, 18 Piper St, Yarrawonga Just a short walk from the caravan park We will supply morning tea. Please book using the registration form
1st Speaker – SES will talk about their role and activities
2nd Speaker – John, Masonic Lodge
6pm Pasta Night at The Mulwala RSL $30 per person 2 x different pastas served as an alternate and the same with dessert Tables of 10, casual seating, club shirts Raffle to be drawn Bus $5 per head to and from venue, and must be pre-booked

Friday 18th October
3pm Market stalls near Happy Hour area for those wishing to sell their wares
3pm Gordon to take orders for merchandise

Saturday 19th October
9.30 – 11am National Rally Meeting
The Masonic Lodge Hall, 18 Piper St, Yarrawonga
6pm Gala Dinner at Mulwala RSL Club $45 per head Theme 1920’s Ladies get your Headwear, Gloves, Beads and frilly dress ready Gentlemen get your braces, hats, dickie bow or tie ready and come along to what plans to be a fun filled evening
Dinner will be served as an alternate as will dessert Bar will be open, tea and coffee will be supplied
Bus $5 per head to and from venue and must be pre-booked
Will start to pick up at 5.15pm and do a shuttle to get us all there
Sunday 20th October
8.30-10am Breakfast in the Park by The Lions Club Egg & bacon Roll $10 per roll Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be supplied, BYO Mugs BYO Chairs and sit near the camp kitchen, must be pre-booked
4pm Last Happy Hour
Monday 21st October
Everyone departs for their next adventure

Things to Do!
Situated on the banks of the Murray River and Lake Mulwala. From golfing, wineries, museums and more, there’s plenty of things to do.
Wine lovers unite! You will be spoilt for choice at Yarrawonga. Wineries include All Saints Estate, Pfeiffer Wines, Cofields, Warrabilla Wines, Campbells, Stanton & Killeen and Bullers Winery.
Try delicious locally made cheese from Boosey Creek Cheese farm and Bilsons Brewery at Beechworth.
We have a few activities planned but there will also be time to explore the area with your friends.
