Big Valley Campsite is nestled amongst the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, ten minutes South East of Margaret River.
The farm encompasses a beautiful secret valley hidden from the region and its tourist attractions. Margaret River has plenty of wineries, breweries and restaurants to choose from. It also has arts and crafts, mountain biking, bush walking, caving, canoeing and abseiling to offer both visitors and locals a great variety of things to do.
Plus there are many brewery and wine tours that will pick up and drop off from our campsite.

Big Valley will be holding 20 sites until the end of August 2022. Please book before then to keep within the Group. Any sites not booked will go back to the General Public and you may be allocated a site away from the main group.

1 days site fee is required at time of booking and they will send you a reminder 1 month prior to the event for final payment.

This is a Pet Friendly Campsite. Please let them know you have a pet when booking.

PLANNED ITINERARY:

Friday Night - Meet & Greet Happy Hour

Saturday Night – CATERED BBQ DINNER– Birthday celebrations

Proposed Catered BBQ Dinner - Cost $15/head

Payment will need to be received at least 1 month prior to Event to enable me to pay deposits if required. I will contact you with payment details as we get closer to date with transfer details.

Please complete your meal preference for catering purposes. I will collate orders and then forward you details for transfer of funds. 

Sunday – Lunch at the BERRY FARM (just around the corner)

ENTERTAINMENT:

If anyone has a musical instrument and would like to serenade us for the night, please bring it along and we can extend the party into the night.

Or regale us with some bush poetry or bush stories.

DAILY:

Morning Teas under the trees- bring your cuppa and a share plate.

STICH & BITCH sessions for those that are interested.

Happy Hours every afternoon 16:30hrs in camp kitchen or under the trees.

Catered BBQ for Saturday Night Celebrations.

We are planning on having a BBQ for the Saturday Night dinner at a cost of $15/head.

Price includes: Meat/Chicken Pack, selection of salads (Coleslaw, Potato Salad, tossed salad) and Bread roll/bread.

Meat pack:1 piece of minute steak, 1 Lamb Forequarter Chop/meat pattie, 2 lamb sausages

Chicken Pack:1 piece chicken fillet, 1 chicken pattie, 2 chicken sausages

The lamb will be purchased direct from the Big Valley Farm Shop, with meat/salads/bread rolls purchased from local businesses.

**We will be seeking donations/sponsorship from local businesses to help offset the costs. We will also require volunteers to help with preparations of salads and setup. Please bring your own cultery, crockery and drinks.**
