The park is in a very picturesque area of the North West Coast near Latrobe \/ Devonport and is on the site of an old quarry. It <\/span>has a laid back country atmosphere and has a great bush walk track along an old railway bed heading towards Devonport and is also next door to the Tasmanian Arboretum which is well worth a look.<\/span><\/p>\n There are also great walks along river to spot a few platypus families.<\/p>\n Our dates are Thursday 21st<\/sup>, Friday 22nd<\/sup> and Saturday 23rd<\/sup> May but as always, come earlier and\/or stay later if you wish.<\/span><\/p>\n We have some sites put aside for us at the park, so to reserve yours just ring 6427 2343 and tell them you are with the Ulysses RV Group and they will put us all close together.<\/span><\/p>\n On the Friday night at Prickly Mo<\/i> the nearby vineyard, there will be a night of live music, food and drinks.<\/p>\n It is Bluesy foot-stomping style music and the vineyard is only 300 metres away so it\u2019s easy walking. The winery opens at 12 noon that day, serving fruit and cheese platters and the music will start about 6.30pm, finishing about 9.30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n A cover charge will be $5 which is to support the musician and a yummy Thai food truck will also be on site and starts cooking about 530pm.<\/span><\/p>\n The cellar door shed a real pearl, being an old shearing shed converted into a real funky venue with rustic bush style interior.<\/p>\n We have some reserved seats inside the shed but you must let me know by the 13th May if you are coming so we can let them know how many to keep space for.
