Our 2026 National Rally will be held in Broken Hill from Monday 12th to Monday 19th October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note that there will not be any early access to the Rally site due the location prior to Monday! You can stay at other locations around Broken Hill and move into the site on the Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advance Details!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Location <\/strong>: Broken Hill Racecourse centre ring<\/p>\n\n\n\n When <\/strong>: 12th<\/sup> to 19th<\/sup> October 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cost <\/strong>: $40 p\/n including amenities, power and water. Pay at registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Activities<\/strong> (some of these are yet to be confirmed or priced and ALL subject to change!)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tuesday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n City walking tours 2 hour duration 1 or 2 sessions numbers to be limited and prices to be confirmed and will be paid directly to providers<\/p>\n\n\n\n Legal 2 up and auction – numbers interested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wednesday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Railway museum. numbers interested – pay at venue $12 or $10 concession holders<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3 x crafts – Earring making- limit 12 people $? , crocheted facewashers – limit 10 people $?, <\/p>\n\n\n\n (not sure of the third yet)<\/p>\n\n\n\n BBQ dinner night – haven’t confirmed menu or prices yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thursday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Day Dream Mine tours – 2 sessions limited to 20 people per session – times for each session 10 to 11.15 and 10.30 to 11.45 price is $33<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bocce limited to 24 people x 3 sessions No cost<\/p>\n\n\n\n Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Drive to Menindee Lakes with guided tour. No limit to numbers but need to know how many. No cost<\/p>\n\n\n\n Saturday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Gala dinner menu and prices yet to be confirmed<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sunday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bacon and egg roll breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Broken Hill is about as far west as you can go before hitting the NSW border, a legendary outback town.(A Tip! Broken Hill runs on SA time!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s the heartland of mining, icons like Priscilla queen of the desert and Pro Hart. Discover the unexpected, the galleries, the pubs, a town that isn\u2019t afraid to break creative rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Take the Broken Hill town heritage walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Have a look at the Line of Lode miners\u2019 memorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Take a photo at the \u2018Big Bench\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visit Albort Kersten mining and mineral museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n See the Royal Flying Doctor Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stargazing with Outback Astronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art Galleries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Living Desert and Sculptures at sunset (20mins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visit Mutawintji National Park historic sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Take the Mutawintji cultural tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visit Broken Hill distillery and the many cafes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And more\u2026\u2026\u2026..<\/p>\n\n\n\n Of course we will offer a BBQ meal on the Wednesday night and the Gala dinner on the Saturday night with raffles, and a breakfast by the Rotary Club on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Denim and Diamonds is the dress theme for Saturday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don\u2019t forget to bring a raffle gift for Saturday night, please bring along something that you would like to win yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will be donating knee rugs to local nursing homes so get knitting (10 inch x 10 inch, 50 to 55 stitches depending on tension)<\/p>\n\n\n\n While the temperatures at that time of year will be in the 20 \u2013 30 degree range there is no shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are trying to organise something through the council but if you would like to help out bring along a pergola to shade happy hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will have to leave a few surprises for you, so come along and join the fun in Broken Hill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Our 2026 National Rally will be held in Broken Hill from Monday 12th to Monday 19th October 2026.
