SUMMARY:VIC - Benalla Tag-a-Long
DESCRIPTION:Following the popularity of our May Tag-along Rally and our recent Mildura Rally (which had an optional free camping night on the way up and another on the way back)\, we have decided to visit several places for this rally. We understand time may be limited for many people at this time of year\, so we have kept it to 5 nights.\nStarting on Thursday 6th November for 3 nights at Benalla Tourist Park. (6/7/8)\nDeparting on Sunday 9th November for Boosey Creek Tavern in Katamatite (Free camp)\nFinal night Monday 10th November at the Yark Recreational Reserve – (Free Camp) \nBenalla Tourist Park—115 Sydney Road\, Benalla Ph: 03 57623434\nThis is a G’day Park and they are giving us our 10% discount on normal prices.\nTheir prices are:\nDrive Through sites $42 less discount $37.80 per night\nGrass and Slab Sites $38 less discount $34.20 per night\nUnfortunately because they are a small park they will not hold any sites for us and will require payment of the first night as a deposit (refundable with notice). They are aware we are a group\, so if you mention you are with Ulyssess RV Group we should be grouped as much as possible. Pet friendly park. \nThe Boosey Creek Tavern—33-31 Beek St\, Katamatite.\nThey will have an acoustic\nguitarist also playing at lunchtime. They have kindly offered us free camping for the night\, behind their tavern providing we have a meal there (either lunch or dinner). \nYark Recreation Reserve– Goodear Lane Yarck\nA lovely\, level\, grassy field with plenty of room\, just off the Maroondah Hwy\, down past the Yarck Hotel. We have stayed here before and thought it may be a good night to have another communal barbie and campfire. Watch this space.\nPlease let us know if you are coming and remember\, you will need to book Benalla quickly. \nDavid & Su Davidpoyser@bigpond.com 0488717711 or 0488662247 (Su)

SUMMARY:Tas - Lakeside Tourist Caravan Park\, Eugenana
DESCRIPTION:Overnight Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd November but as always\, come earlier and/or stay later if you wish. \nWe have some sites put aside for us\, so to reserve yours just ring the park on 6427 2343 and tell them you are with the Ulysses Group and they will put us all close by the Camp Kitchen. \nThe park is in a very picturesque area of the North West Coast near Latrobe and is on the site of an old quarry\, it has a great bush walk along an old railway bed heading towards Devonport and next door to the park is the Tasmanian Arboretum which is well worth a look. \nOn Friday night\, Prickly Mo Vineyard has live music happening in their cellar shed and we are welcome to go see. \nIt is Bluesy foot-stomping style music and the vineyard is only 300 metres away so it’s easy walking. The winery opens at 12 noon that day and the music will start about 6.30pm\, finishing about 9.30pm. \nThe cellar is open for sales of their wines on the night with some beer and cider available too. NO BYO. \nA cover charge will be $5 which is to support the musician. \nA pizza truck will also be on site and starts cooking about 530pm. \nBookings are required if you want to reserve a space inside the shed if the weather is no good\, if not you will be ok to sit outside on the deck. \nLet us know by Wednesday the 20th of November if you are coming so we can let the Vineyard know how many of us they need to keep space for.
