This is a chance to enjoy good company\, fresh mountain air\, and a few memorable moments together. \nThe caravan park manager has reserved all the Powered Sites for this rally. If you are interested in attending\, please make your booking ASAP as there will be a cutoff point on these reserved sites. When you have made your booking\, please SMS Gary Rush on 0400140010 with your name and the number of people attending. I also require numbers for the Saturday night meal booking. \n🥘 Saturday Night Meal \nWe’ll gather at the Highland Arms Tavern for a shared meal. DESCRIPTION:New Years Eve at St Marys Tasmania \nOvernight Wednesday 31st December and Thursday 1st January. \nFree camping at St Marys Camp Ground – Harefield Rd St Marys \nThe St Marys pacing Club will be hosting their only race meeting for the year on Thursday the 1st of January. \nYou might not be into horse racing at all\, but come for the experience. It’s a real country horse race day and something different where 20 or 30 caravaners etc normally attend the event. \nBookmakers will be available if you are feeling lucky and see a good looking nag. The bar will be open\, there will be a kiosk and various food venues\, raffles\, ‘fashion on the field’ competitions\, live music\, lucky program draw. As well as the major raffle\, a golf hole in one golf completion is on so bring a few clubs. \nThe camp grounds are in good order\, have a toilet block with $2 hot showers and a dump point. \nOn Wednesday night the Golf Club Bar will be open and they will have light snack foods and finger foods available.  The St Marys hotel will also be open for nightly meals on both nights. \nPlease let Mike know on 0408 263 660\, you will be attending and he can coordinate an area for us to camp together.
